Our family visited in late August 2012. The restaurant is located in Midlebury Marble Works, a converted factory. We ordered one of the family style salads, which was plenty for the four of us. The greens were incredibly fresh and served with a champagne dressing that was delicious and different from other dressings we've tasted. We also got one of the flatbread pizza specials, which incorporated local in season produce. Our pizza had cheddar cheese, zucchini and swiss chard! It was really good. Would definitely come here again as the food was great, service prompt and friendly. Great value.
