Nice location by the river , wood paneling and antique bar inside, and near to town. Ordered the French onion soup which was good, but not outstanding. The salad bar had an interesting selection. Although there weren't the standard carrots and green peppers, there were artichoke hearts , cottage cheese, and tuna salad! A little unexpected but maybe because it was Monday . The salad bar also had very nice loaves of full grain bread, another unexpected bonus. One friend ordered a Vegeburger, and she reported that it was prepared so that it was moist. We also ordered the Thai wrap, and she reported that it had a nice flavor, but she swore she was eating "warm peanut butter". Thai dressing does contain peanuts, but is it supposed to taste like warm Skippy? I read that the chicken wings were good and I wish I had the appetite for them that day. The server was very pleasant and attentive. Prices were reasonable and fair. Mr. Ups is good for having a nice casual lunch by the river.
