Went to dinner with friends. We all decided to have the tasting menu (though the quail with chorizo sausage was calling to me). We loved not knowing what dishes we were getting and were surprised and pleased that we were given two different appetizers, entrees and desserts so we could taste even more dishes. The wine selections were fantastic (took pictures of bottles so we could remember what they were) and went well with both dishes though they were dissimilar. Our server Thomas was wonderful, and it was nice to be greeted by the chef during the meal. I can't begin to pick which dish was my favorite, but the key lime pie with chocolate walnut crust was certainly near the top. We are already planning to make the menu tasting dinner scheduled for December and a trip back with our boys when they are home from college.
