We loved our previous two stays at the inn at willow pond. The rooms are large, the grounds nice, and the location is ideal. However previously the staff member that we dealt with, Christina made our experience over the top. One time when our son was driving up there by himself this summer and got lost she helped him find his way well after closing. We went so far as to send her a present in thanks. This last time we were remiss to find out that Christina is no longer at the inn. It is their loss entirely. To make it worse her replacements are sub par at best. We were checked in by an unfriendly guy and then when we called for assistance later in the evening were given a long explanation and song and dance by the woman on duty instead of just a solution to the problem. There are lots of options of places to stay in Manchester, it is the personnel that makes the difference. We suggest the owners take that into consideration when making personnel changes.
The inn itself is very nice and the lodge is beautiful and welcoming. The rooms are quite large and the rates are reasonable.

I stayed at The INN at Willow Pond on a business trip and was so pleased with my stay that I wanted to take the time to say so. I travel a lot and stay in hotels/inns a couple of nights every month. However, this was the first time in a long time when I did not feel like I was staying in a hotel. The location is perfect for getting to and from around Manchester and the rooms are very big and comfortable.
The young couple that run the place, Christine and Steve, are wonderful. The grounds are perfectly maintained and the pool area is a real treat to relax by.
Overall I was very pleased with my stay. Thank you, I will be back.

Got a great corporate rate of $94, and for that rate, the room was HUGE. It had a bedroom, and a separate living room, and a large bathroom. The decor was sparse and dated, and I didn't like the lighting in the place, and something about the room was a little spooky, but it was definitely a good value.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at The INN at Willow Pond. The room was huge and the property is beautiful. A warm and inviting space. Although the housekeeping could be a bit more attentive, the staff in general are very accomodating. The overall standout is the manager Christina. She is absolutly one of the best customer service representatives I have come across period. She took special care of our needs and did so with efficiency and a smile. A true asset to the establishment. I even offered her a job. As of yet she has not accepted.

Kristina is a lovely person who works there. Everyone else doesnt seem to care. Very close to horse show and if you are traveling with a family this is probably a good choice. The rooms are spacious and modern. The location is isolated, you must drive to everything. The breakfast is just a buffet, no service but there are bagels, cold cereals, yogurts. You would pay less and get more at an area B&B but you would not have the privacy or the space. The pool is nothing special. Just one thing for this price the towels are thin and lousy so bring your own.

A very nice inn with beautiful grounds and easy access to downtown Manchester. Innkeeper very friendly and accomodating our unique parking needs. Staff extremely knowlegable about the area and able to help us decide where to spend our limited time in town. Can't wait to go back

Our Group booked 25 rooms for the weekend. We held a reception in the Grand Hall and a dinner in the Resturant.
The rooms were clean and the food very good. Cristina and Steven went our of their way to ensure our stay was most pleasurable. Steven lead 16 of our cars on a back road driving tour that was a highlight of our weekend. Everyone in our group had a great time and was very plased with our weekend choice. This was our second trip to the Inn at Willow Pond and we wil be back again.
