Love this place! We've stayed here for five anniversaries in a row and have loved it. Rooms are very nice, price is right, location is perfect, grounds are well-kept, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. You can't go wrong! Look no further!

It was "Girls' (4) Weekend" & Jason suggested the 2 King bedroom complete with a wood burning fireplace (all set up...all we had to do was light a match). The room was clean, comfortable & larger than some condos I've stayed in (minus a kitchen). The location was perfect as there is a nice woodsy road for my walk in the mornings. Our 2nd night we were running low on firewood, Stephen was kind enough to bring over an arm load in the pouring rain. Another nice amenity was the refrigerator to keep our appetizers and wine cold (did not like the fact that it was in the bathroom however). A second bathroom would have been nice, but we made due. A coffee maker in the room would have been a bonus. Jason did give us a Keurig to take back to our room however, again....Jason to the rescue.
We all agreed we would return to The Manchester View. Jason is the person we had the most contact with and is extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Thank you Manchester View for helping make the start of a new tradition pleasurable.

I recently needed a hotel near Manchester and stumbled across this wonderful Inn while bike-riding. I called and explained that I needed a quiet room with internet access so that I could do work from my room for a week. Jason at the front desk was incredibly helpful and courteous, finding a great room (Norman Rockwell room) at the last moment and making all of the necessary arrangements over the phone. That experience characterized the friendly and professional service that prevails here.
My room was large, nicely appointed, very clean, and quiet. The entire atmosphere at this lovely Inn is one of peace and quiet and is very conducive to work, relaxation, great sleep and serenity. I was able to ride my bike everywhere from here and found this to be a safe, secure place for anyone.
Great for a romantic stay, a family vacation, or the solo traveler who needs quiet.
This is the first review of a hotel or Inn I have ever taken the time to write. I found this Inn to be a real gem and will look forward to staying here if I am ever so fortunate to be in this lovely city again. The Inn is very close to Manchester and yet far enough away to enable one to feel as if one is in the woods, far from civilization.
I give this my highest recommendation!

We were traveling with our 15-month old son and needed a crib and a high chair. These were provided to us at no extra cost. We also were upgraded to a bigger room for no extra fee. Additionally, we needed a babysitter one of the nights we were staying, and we were put in touch with someone. The Manchester View made everything easy. The room was nice and very clean. The price we paid was great considering the gratis upgrade to a larger room (two room suite with a large bathroom and jacuzzi tub with separate shower). The veiw is also beautiful, but the weather didn't cooperate for us, so we didn't have much opportunity to enjoy it. Had it been nicer, I am sure we would have taken advantage of the nice deck attached to our room. There is a no frills breakfast room which serves contintental breakfast only. But it was inexpensive and convenient enough. It is a short drive to Manchester Center if you are interested in restaurants and outlet shopping.

We stayed at the Manchester View. Each time we have stayed in a different room & all
were very nice. We had a private deck this time with a beautiful view. Everything is clean and comfortable and it is a wonderful place to come back to after hiking. Every morning we sat out on our porch and had coffee. Lovely!!

Rooms are clean, staff are super nice, pool is relaxing, views incredible, well maintained grounds. Close enough to town to take advantage of several restaurants and shopping outlets but far enough away to completely unplug.

Will return again and again...

Our first time to New England, and to this area. What a beautiful motel! The location is lovely - with a view! The grounds are beautiful, extensive and well-kept. The room we had was spacious and beautiful - we loved the giant shower (my husband's 6' 5") and the spa tub with candle and bath oil! Best yet, the front desk help was terrific - helped us with suggestions for restaurants, hiking and directions.
