We are staying at the Equinox so it was easy to dine at the Chop House. BLT salad was yummy with bacon, lettuce wedge and crumbled Blue cheese and a few cherry tomatoes. Kids didn't care for lobster bisque, but I tasted it and it was good, just a little too much sherry taste for children. We all ordered steaks. They were initially undercooked, but we sent back and they came back perfect. Lots of good flavor and marbling. We ordered 3 sides, mac and cheese, brussell sprouts and cheesy cauliflower. The mac and cheese could be skipped since very little cheese. Don't miss the sprouts or the cauliflower. One of us still had room for dessert so the baked Alaska was a great choice since the presentation was lots of fun.
