Course was in magnificant shape and the views are incredible. People also very nice. Greens in particular were in really nice shape. Course was challenging but, fair.

“Nice track with excellent greens and scenery”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 1, 2012

Very nice Southern Vermont course. Very fair layout - typical mountain golf with many hilly lies with excellent greens. Liked it so much went back for a second play. Staff was very helpful - pace of play was 4 1/2 hours - overall conditions were very good. Expensive if you pay full price - search the internet for deals.

“Golf course with Poor drainage”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 18, 2012

We played Gleneagles course in afternoon and while the scenery was picturesque, the fairways were still very wet. The course needs better drain management. The course had no flow from one hole to the next and the signage leading from hole to hole was weak.
The course is very sloped and tough to maintain any momentum on.
I would say the scenery was pleasant but overall I would play in Stratton Village courses or Awanouk if you can get on instead.
