I have been to Juniper's at the Wildflower Inn on numerous occassions and I can honestly say I have never been let down by their food. They also have terrific seating which offers an amazing view of the valley below! Breathtaking.
Most recently I enjoyed a ribeye with gorganzola butter sauce which was fantastic! My wife got what I assume is her new favorite, butternut squash ravioli and it was overall a nice expreience.
They have also recently redone their wine list which now offers some terrific local Vermont wines, some organic wines and a vastly improved wine by the glass menu. Along with some nice higher end (most expensive bottle is only $147!). Compared to any wine list I have seen, this is by far the best value list as for as very slight mark ups! If you are looking for a very nice wine by the bottle, the Domaine Drouhin Pinot Noir is terrific as well as the Chateau Ste. Michelle Eroica Riesling!
Hope you share the terrific experience that we had as well!
