The food was terrific - loved the menu variety, generous portions. Everything was delicious. We were introduced to our new favorite cocktail - the Vesper. We brought our 6 and 8 year old and they could not have been more accomodating. Our 6 year old ate dishes from the menu while our 8 year old had a plate of plain pasta (surprisingly expensive for plain pasta - our only complaint of the evening).

Having visited TDG a number of times since they have opened about about a month ago, this is a welcome addition to the Ludlow dining scene! While we may miss Cappachino's, this change is a breath of fresh air!

Without adding "tini" to every concoction that would otherwise be a bar shot (which is what usually happens), the specialty drink menu is excellent and the best conceived - if you cannot find a beverage on this list that hits your mark, perhaps you are not of the legal limit to be drinking anyway :-).

While there is a core dining menu that is somewhat lacking any home runs (and have been told that will change seasonally), we have depended upon the specials on each visit, which have always hit the mark... when they have not already been 86'd by time we order them. Highly Savory sauced items/ offset by some ultra fresh seafood need to be added to core menu, especially in the winter - menu should not be entirely compromised by desire for local and seasonal sourcing.

This is also a ski town... kids need a menu, too, without having to specifically ask, with food and veggies that they will actually eat (i.e., not brussel sprouts).

Recommended to all to give a try!
