We stayed one night while visiting Killington for skiing. We were greeted by Jean (the owner along with her husband Monford) who was very friendly and pleasant. Our room was a very nice size, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Victoria who prepared breakfast was also very nice the next morning. Breakfast was perfect for us. We had the granola, yogurt, dried cranberries, blueberries, walnuts, bagel and hard boiled egg. It was a short drive to the K-1 base, and after having breakfast at 8, we were on the lift by 9:15.
Great price and welcoming.

This was our first stay here. We have been to Killington many times and were discussing the dearth of quality accommodation available on our way up. This is definitely the best place we have found so far. We had two nights here and were very impressed. It is close to the mountain and all the amenities, yet it is quiet and homey. Our room was great, with a newly equipped Jacuzzi bath. Breakfast is functional and sufficient. It is family-owned and run and we were made to feel very welcome. Overall it is good value and very comfortable. We will be back.

My husband and I stayed at the Snowed Inn last weekend for a 4-night stay. It was our first trip to Killington and we were looking for lodging close to the base lifts. The woman I spoke with at the Killington central reservations # mentioned the Snowed Inn and gave it a great review and I read many other positive reviews on Trip Advisor prior to making the reservation. We were so pleased with our choice - from the moment that we arrived, we loved the location, close access to the ski hill and warm, homey feel to the inn. The innkeepers were lovely - very friendly and accommodating and they prepared a delicious breakfast each morning that was the perfect start to a long day of skiing. They also had an afternoon snack when we returned from skiing, great to tide us over until we went out for dinner. We had a 1-Queen room on the ground floor and it was perfect for 2 people. The inn is extremely clean and we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub after 2 days of skiing & snowboarding. There were a number of restaurants to choose from on Killington Rd close by, and we walked to 3 different ones - very nice to not have to drive! We would definitely stay there again, it was a great trip!

Travelled all the way from England for a week of skiing during the busy week of the Presidents holiday. What an outstanding place! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, although the wall are a little thin on the ground floor. The homely feel and atmosphere make it well worth another stay. The breakfast is substantial followed by afternoon tea by the open fire. Steph and Victoria made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay perfect. We're looking forward to our return next season.

Room Tip: Stay upstairs as it is quieter.

I stayed at Snowed Inn in February 2014 with a large group of friends. The location is perfect, the owners were incredibly sweet and the place is very homey. The breakfast is a great spread and very delicious. Try the waffles with warm berry compote!

Room Tip: The 2 bedroom suite is huge!

My husband & I stayed here for one night over President's Day weekend - we would have stayed longer but they were booked! Excellent location to the mountain, amazing staff, you really felt like you were home. We were in room 109, which had a fireplace. The bathroom was on the small size, but it didn't bother us at all. The room, as well as the whole inn, are very clean. No complaints about noise. They do have a hot tub but we didn't get the chance to enjoy it. We sat by the fireplace after dinner & watched the Olympics with some other guests, which was lovely. Breakfast was outstanding. We didn't get a chance to try any of the afternoon cookies, but they looked tasty! We will definitely be back, next time for a longer stay. Can't recommend enough!

We were planning to come to Vermont on Tuesday, but a snowstorm was predicted so I had to quick in a hurry find a place that could accommodate our family last minute, for one night, during a holiday week. Immediately, they were so nice an helpful on the phone and got us a room that would fit all of us and did not price gauge. I had a really good feeling when I got off the phone.

We pulled up right before 9 p.m. and the place was in a fantastic location, right across the street from my favorite coffee cafe (BONUS). If it was not 0 degrees we could have walked to everything.

The Inn is immaculate and tastefully and warmly decorated. The room was a decent size for an Inn with nice bath amenities and was super clean. Next time i will book early and take advantage of a suite, which I prefer, but this time we were thankful to have room in such a nice place. The carpet was soft and plush and the bed very comfortable and the temperature in the room perfect.

We woke up before skiing and check out and Steph was so friendly and helpful. We also met Tori later. We enjoyed talking to them and the other guests. They are so warm and inviting and make you feel so welcome and comfortable. Had an ample breakfast with many choices and great company.

In all, this is a wonderful best kept secret a little off the main road so you feel like you have "gotten away from it all" but with a great location to shops and restaurants and less than 5 minutes away from the best skiing in the East. This place is a gem and so glad we found it and will definitely return.

Room Tip: We had a room very close to the lobby. We left early, so it was not noisy or anything. I would lov...
