It is a basic motel. If you're looking for just an affordable place to sleep... you found it here. Check in was smooth and the person who checked me in was very nice. Housekeeping was nice also.
The room was clean and comfortable.
I chose Hillside because they are pet friendly and affordable.
Keep in mind they charge per night for the pet. I didn't see that anyplace posted on their website or office but I wasn't going to complain because most places usually charge a lot more. They charged $20 a night for my big dog.
I stayed in room 210 with my 3 and 6 year old...and rottie/shepard rescue. It was 2 queen beds it had a fridge and microwave.
The beds were very comfortable.
The water took forever to warm up. The second day it hardly even got warm. I would of complained but it was 90+ degrees out and the cool water felt good.
I noticed on the second day while getting out of my cold shower.
The AC was a window unit so you couldn't use the black out curtain but they had a shade for the top half of the window. Only problem is the sun coming through the side of the unit.
I'll definitely stay again if they fix the water and the mold issue.
