I called and asked for the mailing address to have a packed mailed to one of the guests staying there. I ended up calling three times and to be sure including once at the post office. I was sending it two day from California and I wanted to be sure it made it on time, I was told they would make sure to tell the desk to hold the package until the guest arrived.
I put Pico Resort Condominiums, Guest name and HOLD AT DESK. Like they told me to do.
I tracked the package and noticed that the package arrived and the resort did not accept the package and sent it back to me. I called the resort to try to figure it out what happened, turned out I was given the address of Pico Mountain Resort Administrative offices not the hotel (three times) and they sent it back to the sender instead of taking it and bringing it down to the front desk for Pico Resort Condominiums.
I have called the resort everyday from Friday when this whole mess started to receive some compensation for their mistake but all the managers who can do anything about it do not work weekends and have not returned my calls.
I WILL NEVER STAY AT A PLACE THAT HAS NO RESPECT FOR THIER QUALITY OF INFORMATION AND SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER.
