“A tropical getaway in the middle of a snowy mountain!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 28, 2012

This is my favorite bar in Killington! Hands down the best happy hour in town. Half priced burritos and appetizers from 3 to 6 is the best deal in town! You have to try a Normarita....rocks with salt! This is the best margarita you will have and I have had a lot of margaritas! The staff is personable and accomodating, they make you feel at home. Whether you are being served by Norm or Brando in the bar or Mike on the floor, you will have excellent service and probably leave with a new friend in Killington! The pineapple mango salsa is awesome! The atmosphere is tropical and stress free. Try on a sombrero! This place is awesome!

“Not just a burrito spot - a great local bar with food & fantastic margs!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 7, 2012

There is always a good Mexican spot near a ski resort and we were on a mission this past weekend to find just that at Killington. Our hotel knew nothing of a Mexican restaurant in the whole area but one of the local cuisine magazines led us here. We walked in around 3:30 to appetizer and drink specials. The bartenders were amazing – especially Norm. Everyone wanted to know our names and our story of where we were from and how long we were visiting. Baja Burrito is located in the same building as an old inn. It was fun looking at old resort & trail maps. They are pet friendly so customers had their dogs in the living area near the fireplace – super-cool. The margaritas were phenomenal but better if you request “no o.j.” The bean dip is a great appetizer and usually on special après ski. The whole bar is full of interesting & eccentric locals as well as weekend regulars from all over NY, NJ and New England. Great spot – cannot wait to go back after skiing Killington again.

“Food is subpar”

Some nice folks work here but the food leaves a bit to be desired and the smell of the poo & chlorine is overwhelming

“The only thing mexican is the name”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 24, 2011

Took the family here in December based upon my daughter's memory from a visit there 3 years ago. Things have definitely changed since then. Burritos were predominantly black beans & rice, no spices, very little meat, and there was no cilantro in ANY of the dishes or the salsa. Service wasn't bad. But the food was quite a let down.
