The skiing was great but not the staff. Customer services was the worst and I needed to visit on a daily basis the first day the staff basically called me a liar with the information I provided. After providing further information to clarify the situation no communication took place between the staff working on different days We also booked for the yurt and were never given any info re meeting place etc. we had to find out on own. Friendliness was absent from front window, mountain ambassadors to lifties. No sense of comfort here. Go to Quebec instead where people are happy to see you. This is definitely not the same place it was 20 years ago. Will not return!
