We had a such a great weekend at this B&B. The hosts were so warm and welcoming and the room was very comfortable. The food at this B&B was amazing. When we arrived, they had several sweets to choose from and the breakfast each morning was delicious!! We are already looking forward to going back.

This B&B is gorgeous. It lived up to and surpassed our expectations. It was just as I had always imagined a New England stay would be...and more. It deserves the great reviews it has here on TripAdvisor. We visited in October as part of our trip leaf peeping trip from Boston, through Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and finally Cape Cod. We stayed in 8 different places and this was head and shoulders the best. The house is beautiful, cosy and welcoming, spotless and elegant. There are 2 reception rooms to relax in, a lovely breakfast room, beautiful staircase, cosy warm and well appointed bedrooms & en-suites and a separate room which contained a fridge with sodas, water, milk, juice - all part of the package - for you to use freely. There is a Coffee/tea machine with pods of many flavours and varieties and clean mugs in which to make your chosen drink. This is available 24/7. There is also a drawer which contains everything that you may have forgotten - toothbrushes, toothpaste, sewing kit, razors, pain killers (brilliant idea) ladies sanitary supplies etc etc. They really have thought of everything. Our room (4) was lovely, it was bright and airy, had 2 windows, a TV, great shower, very comfy bed, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, toiletries, fluffy towels. We slept very well and felt very comfortable here.
When we arrived, there were freshly baked cinnamon cookies (delicious) and chocolate brownies. Such a lovely welcoming touch. Boy can that man bake! he also made a delicious breakfast. We had fresh fruit, fruit juice and French toast with strawberry, sausage and maple syrup. The portion was huge - couldn't eat it all. There was plenty of tea and coffee too. I would definitely visit again and recommend to others. Do not hesitate, book this b&b.

Room tip: Room 4 was upstairs at the front . There is one room (maybe 2) on the ground floor if you struggle with stairs.

Hosts were very accommodating. Room was very nicely furnished. Mattress was good quality & provided a restful sleep. Breakfast tasted wonderful & left little need for lunch. The property was attractive & well maintained!

We can't give this charming inn enough stars. The inn is tastefully decorated, room and bath provided all you could ask for, the hosts were charming, helpful, yet gave you your space and the breakfast was yummy. Thank you for your hospitality.

My wife and I only stayed one night here on our multi day trip around Vermont but we had by far the best time staying at the Sinclair Inn. The accommodations were beautiful and super clean. The breakfast far exceeded expectations, it was delicious! Tom and Dan are great hosts, fantastic people. We will be back.
