I took my 2 kids and their cousin (ages 15-19) this week to the Pumphouse in-door water park. What a blast! I have only been to the Great Escape so this seemed like an improvement. Entry was $35/head with $4-8 or so for lockers that use RFID tags on a wrist band. There is a fried food snack bar there and an amusement arcade area, too. Parking is very close.
We brought our own lunch and ate on picnic tables outside while taking in the gorgeous views of the peak and the tram shuttling folks up and down (you can go too for $10).
There are 4 tubes with different colors. 2 use tubes and 2 don't. All were a blast. La Chute is the killer where you drop 3 stories straight down. The lazy river is fun and gets wavy in one corner. The Flow Rider is fun, too. You need to sign an iPad release at the counter (and get a special wrist strap) if you want to try it standing up but on the belly is a blast.
Getting there is half the fun since you might be driving along 104, 105, 118 and 242, all beautiful Vermont roads (there are some covered bridges). Enosburg Falls has 2 eateries. We went to the cafe which was good and even had a Christmas tree in their bathroom.
