And darn if the food is good to eat too. For $17 you get a choice of ~5 special entrees plus a Greek salad, plus a appetizer sampler, plus free dessert choice. And, the entree portions are huge. My lady had the half a lemon chicken - and they mean half a chicken. I had Greek style pork chops (covered in a red sweet sauce) - 1 1/2 chops an inch+ thick. The side of veggies were very unique and good, side of rice too. The sampler had grape leaf wrap, spinach pie, feta on tomato, and a chicken wing. You getting the idea yet? You will be taking a box home. On top of all this, our server was excellent. Nothing fancy needed to get excellent rating.

We go to Papa Nick's several times a month for lunch on Saturday or breakfast on Sunday. It is a family owned restaurant. Papa Nick and his wife have been in the restaurant business for many years and it shows. The food is all made there, they even roast their own meats. (Great turkey sandwiches, hot or cold) There is a Greek flair...spinach pie, etc. The Greek salad with grilled chicken is my personal favorite these days. We have never been disappointed in a meal. The service is great. The atmosphere is comfortable with booths and tables. There are newly renovated restrooms. In the summer we enjoy a creemee (soft ice cream cone) to-go for dessert (maple is our favorite). Reservations aren't necessary, but they do take them especially for larger groups. There is an attached creemee stand with a few picnic tables, but not formal outdoor seating. They do have take-out as well - grinders, pizza, calzones, etc.. You can't miss.

This is the ultimate local diner with a huge variety of good food at affordable prices. Greek delicacies are often offered as daily specials, but Voula, Nick, and the staff offer meals for every taste and budget.

I went for breakfast for my first visit to Papa Nick's. I quickly learned that unless you are a regular, local patron. Then it may be better to go elsewhere. The waitress was punctual with her service however she let us sit for about 15 minutes while we just wanted to pay. Instead of telling us we need to pay at the front she kept passing us rather snooty. I guess overall, don't expect anything great. Just know its there with edible food if it's an emergency situation.
