Even though I had read the reviews and expected this hotel to be good - I was still surprised at just how nice it was. All the essentials were there - very clean, comfortable beds, welcoming environment, professional staff ,PLUS they had some wonderful additions. Free wi-fi, very good free breakfast buffet, thursday evening cheese and crackers... with an excellent VERMONT cheese variety and so much more. Having both a table for dining and a desk in the room made my stay even more comfortable. Adding in a pool big enough to actually swim laps, and fitness center - makes for a very nice stay.

Room Tip: There are a lot of accessible rooms - geared toward specific needs, if you are traveling and could u...

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the facilities were awesome! The entire hotel looked new and very clean. Our room was a beautiful one-bedroom suite with a gas fireplace and kitchenette. It felt like home from the minute we arrived. The laundry facilities were quite large -- like a mini-laundromat -- which was perfect for my family since we were in the middle of a road trip. The breakfast was also wonderful -- hot and fresh with lots to choose from. Even though the hotel was completely booked, the staff never looked overwhelmed and there was plenty of room for everyone. I would love to stay here again.

Room Tip: Get the one-bedroom suite since it's nice and big. Go with the fireplace if you can!

We moved to this hotel after a bad experience at the Hilton. What an improvement! Half the price, twice the room. Immaculate. I love this place. Free breakfast, free wi fi, huge rooms. And its pet friendly. About 5 min. To Church St. At the most. Free parking too.

I have stayed here about 4-5 times and feel lucky as Burlington has few newer hotel properties, many are 20-30 years old and have not kept up with modernization. This time I brought my small dog without problem. The staff stand out with professional and friendly service, never failing to smile or provide answers to what must be the same questions as this is a tourist town. The hotel was full on my visit but no noise between rooms or lines at breakfast. Javier, head of food service, was full of interesting facts about his menus one morning as restocking a display and proudly told me he had been with the property since inception. Try this property and you will return!

and found the experiece excellent...

Room Tip: First floor rooms by separate entrances are great for dogs.

I spent 2 nights at Residence Inn on a business trip, and enjoyed the reception in the evening and the breakfast in the morning. Quiet setting, easy to find, good location. The beds are comfortable, and I'd stay there again

I selected this location for a family reunion type of event. The hotel is fairly new (about 1 year, I believe) and located conveniently to Burlington, the Champlain Islands and the highway (not too close). It was a very busy weekend with a triathlon championship in town. Overall the hotel was quiet and well-kept. We didn't ask for a lot in the way of services, although I did use the guest laundry facilities, which were clean and worked fully. Breakfast was better then most of the Marriott-type of setups. We had a 2-room suite. Very clean and generally pretty quiet. The a/c was a bit much, but manageable.

Room Tip: The upper floors are quieter. No views from any of the rooms, so no differences there.

This place is fantastic. It's new and has all the amenities and niceties of home. The rooms are clean and spacious with well equipped kitchens, two flat panel tvs, a comfy king sized bed , a table in the kitchen area for eating and a separate desk for working along with a sofabed and lounge chair in the living room portion of the same room. The lobby area has amply areas to lounge around including three separate and cozy spaces where you can sit with one or two other people and watch your own tv. A really nice breakfast is served each morning and Mon-Thursday evenings you are greeted with a substantial snack nicely laid out in buffet format. Most nights they serve salad ( a staple) along with either --BBQ , or hot dogs or pasta or cheese and crackers (each night differs). For those with a sweet tooth there are also some desserts such as cookies, carrot cake, lemon bars etc. Yum!
There is a large laundry room with 8 washing machines and about as many dryers --so if the need arises you can you can attend to the mundane stuff. The gym and pool are good too. The hotel is about 10 minutes from downtown Burlington, 3 minutes from Shaw's supermarket and about 10 minutes from Airport Park in Cholchester where you can access the Burlington Bike path. Just a great hotel and location. We will definitely stay here again when in Burlington. The only reason this hotel didn't get five stars is that there is no view from the rooms. We had a view of the cooling system---but in every other respect we were happy to stay here.
