Only thing I have good to say about this hotel is that the staff at the Front Desk were friendly and the Breakfast was free. As for the room, it was rundown, wallpaper was peeling off, the rug was unclean and the bathtub was moldy. You can here everything in the other rooms. The pool is not heated and is dark and my children didn't even want to go in it saying ''The water stinks''. Will never go back there again!!!

the staff was helpful and accomidating. We arrived very late needing a cot. The staff went above and beyond with a smile on their face. the room was average size with clean, comfortable beds. The breakfast was great with alot of variety. We stayed for a few days and the firendliness of staff never wanned. The rooms cleaned while we were out each day. For the amount we paid for our stay, you couldn't ask for a better hotel.

I was hesitant to stay at this hotel because of all the bad reviews on this site, but the price was right ($67/nite for the 4th of July holiday). We stayed one night and arrived late, at 10pm. The hotel is very easy to find off I-89. The lobby entrance is in the back of the bldg. The lobby itself is bright and well-kept. Staff (both evening and morning) were helpful, warm and friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room had two double beds, fridge and microwave. The bedding, rug, curtains and bath towels were all in very good condition and clean. Bathroom had an attractive marble counter and was spotless; no grunge in the corners or stray hairs anywhere (I have a small child and am vigilant about dirt on the floor). TV and lights worked. Free breakfast in the morning included 3 types of cereal, mini muffins, oranges, bananas, choices of juice, coffee and make your own waffles. Breakfast room was kept clean and tidy. The only negative comment I could make about this hotel is that the hall floors are a little creaky and the walls a little thin, so I could people as they came back after the fireworks, but people settled in quickly and all was quiet. Nice stay, and I would definitely stay again.

I can't remember when I have stayed at a worse hotel. The lobby entrance looked like the basement entrance. The desk clerk was friendly and helpul. The room was dark even when we turned on every light available. The bathroom light/fan sounded as like a jet engine taking off and the light was strobing. When I took a shower it felt like I was going to fall to the room below us. The rug and furniture were old and dirty. Will never stay there again if i am in the area!
