Great location, right off I 89 and close to many attractions in the area. We were near Burlington, Shelburne (Shelburne Museum and Shelburne Farms), Waterbury ( Ben & Jerrys, Cabot Cheese, Cold Hollow Cider Mill). The room was an adequate size and clean. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Only complaint was the bathroom....really could use new caulking, it had some mildew in some areas. The breakfast included in the price was good....eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal....not enough tables though, we had to wait a couple of mornings. There are some restaurants close by for lunch or dinner...Libbys Diner, Juniors and T-Bone Steak House. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating, we would definitely stay here again.

I was looking for a hotel in Burlington and they were either sold out or too expensive and didn't realize that Colchester is just a few miles down the Hwy from the airport. Since you pretty much have to rent a car to get around Vermont anyway, this was a great option. Close, convenient, and great value for the price. It's like a motel but thought the rooms were clean and comfortable. 24 Hour reception. Free internet and printing which is always nice. Their daily included hot breakfast is really good too! Not just continental but eggs, sausage, waffles, etc so def. a plus. Located right off the Hwy and right next to a McDonalds and gas station too if you need to fill up on gas really quick etc.

Overall the hotel is Ok, nothing more, nothing less. Breakfast is included in the rate, once again it is ok. The first night the AC was not working properly in the room (205) so it was very warm and we did not sleep too well. In the morning, we asked to be moved to another room and the move was quick with no question asked, we even got a small discount on the first night as a compensation. Given the mood I was in the morning to request a room change, the person at the reception handled the situation very well.

On the cleanliness, it was fine but some care should given to the air vent in each room as they should be dusted. I know it is a little thing, but it would take less than one minute per day for the maids to clean it when making up the room. Those are the little details that makes a difference.

Overall the place is ok, a short drive to Burlington, and the price is right ($75 to $85/night). Parking on the street in Burlington is free during the weekend and easy to find.
Use your CAA or AAA card to get an additional discount when you book. It is not an extraordinary but I would stay there again if I had to sleep in Burlington/Colchester again. It sure beats the $200 range hotel in Burlington.

Second stay @ this location in last 2 weeks. This time the room looked like it had been remodeled not that long ago. Was on back side by pool this time.......didn't use pool but was informed it was heated and there were a number of guests that were using it. Also a workout room off the lobby which I had not noticed on first stay. A computer for the using but most everytime I saw it, it was being used mainly by kids.
Check in was flawless.....the clerk very pleasant and cheerful. Beds were very comfortable.....this time 2 beds....first visit was a king. Both times would rate A+ for comfort.
They were booked to the limit due to holiday weekend and local fair going on. Seems like on weekends you would want to get reservations in place at least a couple of weeks in advance to be sure you can get into this location.
Again the breakfast was great but due to volume of people and tight quarters of breakfast area.......a backup for breakfast was happening but got it done by sharing a table with a nice couple from Canada.
Again, must give this location a very high rating and will never hesitate to recommend it to friends and relatives in future.
That’s it folks......put this one in your keeper list...... I have!

Stayed one night, the bed was comfortable, there were a zillion pillows so I was very happy. The hotel was good for what it was, a basic and comfortable nights' sleep. Breakfast was excellent, loved the eggs and sausage.
