So these guys started up this past spring and have been rocking the whole hog BBQ for a few months now. They smoke the whole pig and then chop it up into some really delicious 'cue.
They started at the house in Cabot on Saturdays... but now they have a great looking trailer that they pull all over the area. Notifications of where they are can be found on their Facebook page.
Besides mouthwatering pig - they make their own sauces and sides. The smoked mac & cheese is just killer. The fried pickles - man, they are so good.
