“Overall good spot”

Very good atmosphere, great bar and nice fireplace. It was packed but we sat sooner than they said so that was great. Pizza was great but we liked it more than out kids! Good wine.

“Excellent & Satisfied”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 20, 2013

Being from NY I do not eat pizza when traveling... We decided to try this place based on the reviews & the fact that they called it 'flatbread' rather than pizza. Essentially, it was a very thin, wood-fired pizza but I apreciate the fact that they didn't try to claim to be a pizzeria.
All of the ingredients are local & organic which is great & makes a difference in overall flavor.
The menu is very limited - basically flatbread only so make sure that is what you want when you come here.
There were a few more interesting selections as well as traditional tomato/cheese options. It was great that you could split the toppings so that 2 ppl could share one pie. I got the 'Medicine Wheel' and felt that there was not enough tomato sauce. After receiving a side order of the sauce, I was able toa dd as much as I wanted to my slices & could not have enjoyed it any more than I did.
The black bean/corn & cilantro option (I forgot the name) was also really very good. It offered a different flavor profile without being too exotic.

The interior had a ski lodge feel & could use some updating. There were unique architectural details that they did not seem to incorporate into the decor.

“High prices, tasteless food”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 20, 2013

The wood-fired pizza tasted like cardboard, the service was indifferent, we had to physically get up and search for our server, and, once again, the pricing of the food was high compared to what is on the menu. Vermonters seem to think if food is expensive it makes it good.

Many of us who have lived elsewhere, dining at 100s of restaurants, knowing how to cook, value fresh ingredients, and well- prepared food. You know when restaurant pricing is out of synch with the quality/type of food offered in a restaurant.

For experienced diners/travelers I suggest you would enjoy better food, service and pricing somewhere else.

“Parents and kids left happy!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 18, 2013 via mobile

Sometimes it's hard to find a restaurant where kids get food they like, and parents can get a great meal too. Flatbread was suggested by someone who has the same circumstances, and we were pleased! The atmosphere was fun for the kids, and service was exceptionally attentive to them. We loved the variety of flatbread pizzas; everyone got something they liked. Add great drinks, desserts and salads and it was just right. It gets crowded early (we got there at 5:10 pm on a Sunday and still waited a bit). But it was fine and we left very satisfied. Highly recommended!

“Great Place”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 12, 2013 via mobile

Amazing food with home made pizza style cooking and great value over all with family and friends. Friendly staff and service is quick and efficient. Gets very busy early evenings and then tapers down around 830pm or so depending on the night.
Good selection of micro breweries biers and bar does get tight as people are waiting for there tables. Kids friendly and you will see a good mix of crowd with smiling faces as they had good runs on the slopes.
