“High prices, tasteless food”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 20, 2013

The wood-fired pizza tasted like cardboard, the service was indifferent, we had to physically get up and search for our server, and, once again, the pricing of the food was high compared to what is on the menu. Vermonters seem to think if food is expensive it makes it good.

Many of us who have lived elsewhere, dining at 100s of restaurants, knowing how to cook, value fresh ingredients, and well- prepared food. You know when restaurant pricing is out of synch with the quality/type of food offered in a restaurant.

For experienced diners/travelers I suggest you would enjoy better food, service and pricing somewhere else.

“Parents and kids left happy!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 18, 2013 via mobile

Sometimes it's hard to find a restaurant where kids get food they like, and parents can get a great meal too. Flatbread was suggested by someone who has the same circumstances, and we were pleased! The atmosphere was fun for the kids, and service was exceptionally attentive to them. We loved the variety of flatbread pizzas; everyone got something they liked. Add great drinks, desserts and salads and it was just right. It gets crowded early (we got there at 5:10 pm on a Sunday and still waited a bit). But it was fine and we left very satisfied. Highly recommended!

“Great Place”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 12, 2013 via mobile

Amazing food with home made pizza style cooking and great value over all with family and friends. Friendly staff and service is quick and efficient. Gets very busy early evenings and then tapers down around 830pm or so depending on the night.
Good selection of micro breweries biers and bar does get tight as people are waiting for there tables. Kids friendly and you will see a good mix of crowd with smiling faces as they had good runs on the slopes.

“Very good brick oven pizza and they make there own beer too.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 7, 2013

Stopped in for lunch while bringing son # 1 back to college. I can't say enough about the place. Great atmosphere, awesome service and excellent pizza. The pizza is handmade and you can watch it go into the oven. Having taken a pizza making class in NYC I have now become a bit of a snob regarding crust and toppings. They got an A+++ in my book for both. Didn't try the beer but heard it was very good so next time I will stay overnight and have a few IPA's as well. Definitely returning.

“Soooo Vermont!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 6, 2013 via mobile

Loved the warm and cozy atmosphere! Yet it had an alternative edgy vibe to it as well. So perfect and casual. We sat by the wood fired oven too which was great for our wintery visit! Can't wait to get back to Burlington and having a meal at Flatbread!
