“Another Excellent Stay”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 22, 2012

I have stayed this hotel on several occasions over the years. As alway he rooms are always clean and provide plenty of room. Lake views are excellent and provide panoramic views of the lake, I'd recommend them. The staff are friendly and are always willing to help, the managers drinks party are well attended and provide a way to meet other residents.
Without doubt Burlington's best hotel.

Room Tip: Always get a lake view room

I can't say enough about how great this Courtyard is! The staff (particularly Zack) was so incredibly helpful with food and activity suggestions. Being only a few years old, this hotel is so clean and up-to-date. SO many people were coming over from the Hilton looking for a room (comments re: the Hilton were old, musty). Perfect location as well--blocks from Church Street and across from Lake Champlain. This is the only place to stay in Burlington!

This is a great hotel! The rooms are quiet, spacious and nicely appointed. Having a small refrigerator and coffee maker in the room was a nice touch (although there is coffee in the lobby which was convenient). The staff was professional, accommodating and made you feel welcome. The location can't be beat. We walked to restaurants, shopping, the waterfront and to UVM. It is a little pricey but worth the money considering the convenience. We look forward to staying here our next trip to Burlington!

I stay here oftten for an annual meeting which takes place in Burlington. I don't bother with the Lake view rooms because mostly use the room to sleep in. The price seems reasonable to me given the convenience. You can walk to the large Mall up the block, go to Church Street Marketplace and many good restaurants near by.

Hotel is clean, comfortable rooms, small business center and the staff really makes you feel that they are happy to see you. The breakfast is good, yes pricier than what you pay in other places but right downstairs and the buffet is ample.

Room Tip: If you really like a view, get the lakeview; I don't think it is worth it as you can walk out th...

This is a great hotel! Two blocks from Lake Champlain. Two blocks from the Church St. Marketplace. Right now, there is some construction going on that makes Cherry St a One-Way only but otherwise, everything else is great. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. They give you a listing of all the attractions, restaurants, etc with a map so you can find everything very easily. Parking is $8/per day. This hotel does get quite pricey since it's in a prime area.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the 9th floor so you can get a great view on the lake!

This Hotel was quite nice with a great view but the prices are way over the top. The room was 230 dollars for a waterfront view which was Ok but to charge 8 dollars to park and then 33 dollars for the same exact continental breakfast I got free with the other places I stayed that week was way over the top. Our room was not ready on time and between that and this 33 dollar breakfast for two I was a little upset. I will not go back!

Recently stayed a couple nights. Hotel and rooms are good as you expect from Courtyard.
I am not sure on pricing in the area b/c I did not look around. Non-lake rooms were $180 which seemed a little high. Staff was very friendly. Location was great, in particular for 4th of July fireworks in the park. We could walk back in 5 minutes rather than deal with any traffic mess.
