This restaurant came highly recommended to my (then) boyfriend and me when we traveled to Burlington. We even were told to request a specific table next to the fireplace, as it was supposed to be very romantic. The table was romantic and partially hidden, which unfortunately lent it to be forgotten.
We waited about an hour for our dinner, never knew who our server was (since multiple people occasionally popped in to check on us) and when we complained, we were told each order is prepared to order. Meaning, my boyfriend's gnocchi was hand rolled and filled as we sat there. He noted that it didn't taste as if it was, and certainly was not the best gnocchi he had, let alone good.
We noticed a table with a family was receiving exceptional service and felt quite discriminated against, since we are a young couple.
When we voiced our disatisfaction and finally were told who our server was (Wendy) she came over and was very sarcastic and rude to us.
