“Hot Dog Heaven”

The burgers are great- juicy and a perfect ratio of fixings and meat to bun. But the hot dogs? Heaven. Get one with grilled onions, mushrooms and cheese. You'll be a believer.
I'm not sure I get other reviews that say 5 Guys is cheaper in other states. It's a chain. I assume some consistency of price. Are they more spendy than Mickey D's? Sure. Are their burgers about a hundred times better? Abso-freaking-lutely. The staff is always fast, friendly, and courteous. The restaurant is clean as a whistle.
But, here's a heads-up if you are hoping the place is, a. filled with healthy choices, b. quiet, c. a full service country-club type place, or even a diner. It's not. It is counter service with all that implies. If you have a hard time with mobility or you are a lone parent wrangling toddlers, this may not be the place for you. If you want to go over legal briefs with a defendant or whisper sweet nothings to your paramour...pick another place. It's a burger joint. A really good one with fun music and terrific hotdogs. I rest my casing- er, case.

We wanted a quick and easy meal so we stopped at Five Guys. Was disappointed in the size of the burgersr and the amount of fries that you received. The burgers and fries in NH seemed cheaper and a larger serving. The burgers were okay but just not like we are used to.

A franchise offering burgers and fries. Along route 7, it is easy to find when hunger sets in. Popular with college kids, it is a clean, quick stop when hunger calls.

Five Guys will give you a great burger with many toppings at a fair price. French fries were almost too hot, nothing to complain about. A place with good service and good fast food!

We were craving burgers so we tried out 5 Guys on Shelburne Road in South Burlington. The burgers were good and good sized -- but at $23 for two burgers (one had bacon/cheese), a regular fries, and 2 regular sodas, it was a bit pricey for essentially "fast" food. The fries were mediocre - lifeless, really - what I'd expect from the firemen's booth at a country fair. I'd stop there before McDonalds -- but it doesn't measure up to Steak & Shake or Shake Shack. In Burlington, I'd likely go to Al's French Fries ahead of 5 Guys.
