I didn't know what to expect. This is a *taco* place, after all. But it is one owned by the Farmhouse folks so it had to be different/good. I've eaten around the world, live in Southern California and spent a lot of time in Texas. I was amazed by thye tacos I got here. Local ingredients but an amazing taste and mix os spices. It is a taco, but the best I've had in the New England area or NYC.

The food tasted fresh and not like your typical reheated taco. The portions are reasonable and the food tasted fresh and delicious. I found the soup pricey at 5$ even if it was tasty. Like most ethnic restaurants food must be fresh and made to order. This place does that and I am not a fan of Mexican restaurants but this one is exceptional. They have great drinks as well. Try heady hopper a great local beer.

Using local meats and vegetables, this farm-to-table taco place excels at everything it does. Try the daily specials, they are consistently awesome. These local takes on Tacos is different and delicious.

Go for the black beans, and the rice for sides.

Only drawback is that the restaurant is tiny and VERY popular (for good reason) so there is often a wait. Try to avoid the top lunch and dinner hours to get seated quickly.

This is a little diner. We went in around 10:30 PM and it was packed so we ordered carry out. The wait staff was really nice and while we were waiting for the food - the place was constantly filled. The food same quickly and was delicious. They had an interesting salsa. We had the tacos and they were fresh and flavorful.

Fish tacos rock, and, of course, this being Burlington, a few good beers on draft.

What better for a Sunday lunch?
