Tuesday night can be a tough night for dining in that part of Vermont. At brew pubs you can always get beer and often some good light fare, so Long Trail it was after a day of skiing. It was very good, starting with good service with knowledgeable and personal recommendations, continuing with some fine sandwiches and fries, and of course the beer. I recommend a tasting flight if you will be driving, as LT serves more than a few varieties only available in Vermont or at the brewery itself, and all are worth a try. For non-beer drinkers their wine selection was also pretty good.
