Fireworks is a great place to eat. The decor is clean and classy. Their menu is full of unique options and is always well executed. They have drink specials and local beers. Their creative variety of appetizers and salads are a good way to start out the meal. The staff isn't overly friendly but they get the job done. The only complaint would be the high prices, even with the food being quite delicious, the meal costs more than one would expect.

Had an appetizer of fried calamari which was very good with the dipping sauce, not chewy at all, although a little greasy. The pizza was also very good. You could tell it was homemade with fresh toppings. They do have some unusual combinations to choose from as you can see on their website.

Two pizzas. One appetizer. Two iced teas. Bill over 60 dollars? Yes it's good. Very creative flavor profiles on the pies (corn, squash, cilantro etc used as toppings). But too pricey for such fare. I was far poorer and far hungrier when I left than when I got there.

We were really impressed with Fireworks, as it was open late on Sunday night when other Brattleboro eateries were closed. They have an enticing selection at the bar and the fresh pasta was very good, although a little overpriced for the amount of food. Nonetheless we'll come back again.

We were staying in Northfield and thought we'd go into Vermont for dinner. Brattleboro was the closest town and while wandering around on a Sunday evening looking for dinner options we came upon Fireworks.
The place was busy but we were seated right away. The wait staff were attentive and our pasta dishes arrived in a reasonable amount of time and were by any standards delicious.
The prices were reasonable enough and we returned the next night as well.
Just as delicious the second night.
If you get a chance and weather permitting try sitting in the terrace out back.
Lovely.
