my wife and i went to toziers last night and had a great meal.started with a super seafood chowder that was thick and creamy ,, and full of clams, fish and lobster !!!! i ordered the lazy lobster entree and my wife got the seafood platter. both were large helpings of sweet fresh seafood properly cooked,, ,,served promptly and with a smile.the prices are fair but if your there on the weekend go early because this place fills up fast....you can sit outside if you like.... they do a large amount of thier business from the "window"..call first since they do close for the winter season..5 stars

Great little spot for a nice NE seafood meal. Mostly fried (a bit fast foody), but sooo Vermont. Love the lobster rolls!! Nice place for an ice cream cone, too!

I stopped here on a recent trip to vermont.

The nice rustic building overlooks the river, and the overall atmosphere of the place was homey yet not shabby. The service was amazing (yes, amazing), the prices quite affordable and the food delicious.

Just make sure you try the chowder!

Tozier's is a regular stop on our annual trips to Vermont. I opt for the combination fried scallop/whole belly clam platter and it is as fresh as being on the coast. On a second visit this year it was a Wednesday and Tozier's offered an all you can eat special of fish and chips or fried clam strips. Our party of 10 were delighted with these items and the ability to obtain seconds of just the fish/clam item or switch to the other of the two on your seconds or thirds.
Tozier's wait staff is extremely friendly and attentive.
After all of the food it was difficult to pass up the outside dairy bar for ice cream. If in a hurry, you can also order many of Tozier's menu items at this take out window or eat them at one of the picnic tables.

Good seafood, a pleasant rustic building in the woods. Fried haddock was great and also the turkey dinner. The night we were there they had 35.00 special with a bottle of wine, 2 dinners and 2 desserts. If you want casual dining, they have a take out window and great ice cream and place to sit undercover.
