This chain is my favorite when all goes right. I passed through a pretty shady neighborhood just blocks from the property. But, I was pleased to find that it sat on the edge of a nice area. It was quiet, very new looking, and everything went well. They even had a water park in the hotel that I did not use $$$$$. Rooms were clean and modern. I definitely would stay again.

Room tip: Pick a room on the upper floor at the end of the hall... INSIST on it.

Helpful front desk and clean room. Beds were comfortable. Hot breakfast was good with good selection. Water park was great. Lifeguards were a little aloof. Overall a great hotel for kids and families. Would stay again for water park and breakfast.

Zero front desk presence. Noisy neighbors. Thin walls. Chemical toilet water park. Rotten food. Surly staff, when you could by some miracle track anyone down. Saggy mattress. Filthy room, absolute lack of hygienic cleaning. I have never felt more ripped off in my life. I EXPECTED to get bedbugs and TB upon staying here. Rip off gross hotel.

We appreciate all feedback, positive or negative and we consistently strive to improve our service and the quality of our product. I apologize that we have fallen short of your expectations, and the service was so lacking during your recent stay with us. I have taken immidiate action with my Front Desk, and Maintenance staff to ensure that the issues you had with these departments were isolated. We have also ordered another mattress for the room, and went over our breakfast menu. Once again i apologize that we fell short in our service during your recent stay with us.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly with any questions, i would be more than happy to compensate for your recent stay to ensure you understand this is not normal service for our hotel.

First time staying at this location and the staff was great and friendly included breakfast the room was very comfortable but the mattress had a deep part that felt like the Grand Canyon I said that room needed a new mattress

we visit slc quiet often and we have stayed 5 or 6 times in the last few months, if it wasn't for the kid friendly splash area we wouls not stay. rooms are expensive, the last visit some kid puked in the pool and we couldnt even swim and bought 5 wristlets which 4 comes in the room so that was 10.00 wasted. we got a suite with a dirty towel with dry toothpaste rolled up and toothpaste spilt splatter all over the mirrow and the pull out sofa with no pillows or blanket in the room we went to the front desk for a couple pillows and blanket for the bed and was told there were none. so we had no pillows to sleep with basic sheet on a matress, for 150? HA!!! I probley won't be back after that horrible trip.
