We'd never ridden an ATV before (sea-do, ski-do, yes). It was easy and great fun. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient with their instructions before and during the tour/trip. The machines were all new, well maintained and clean. You ride about 1.5 miles on paved/gravel roads to get to the ATV area, then it is all sandy riding. Trails are well maintained, easy to drive with lots of scenic overlooks on the route, just enough climbing and descending hilly trails to excite but not overwhelm. The entire tour is about 12 miles of riding, about 2.5 hours total time on the machines (another 30 minutes at the beginning of the tour is spent on suiting up, helmet, gloves, glasses all provided, instruction on how to drive the machine and a few practice spins around the lot out back before heading out). Each machine has a carry box on the back, so bring your cameras - cold water is provided at all the stops, so don't worry about getting thirsty or bringing your own. Would love to have spent longer time out on the trails, but that will have to wait for the next time, and yes would definitely pick this company for that opportunity (they also offer longer tours, but this one was perfect for an introduction).
