B&B. We stayed in a room upstairs in the main house. Well furnished & clean. Breakfast average for a B&B though not special. Cake & tea with other guests when we got back from evening meal.

Ovrall it was a good stopover although we didn't always feel at ease with the proximity (lack of privacy) to the living space of Nettie & her husband.

great place, 5 min away from Bryce Canyon. It's really worth a call to see if you can stay there instead of going in one of this no name motel or hotel chain. For the same price, you get breakfast and a real family for one evening and morning.

Room is a little bit small but that's ok. Very friendly welcome, very touching family. This is not the typical bed and breakfast where you end up in the backyard and you see no-one. They are here to welcome you and take care of you. Very touching. Our little boy was very happy to play with the stuffed bears they collect. He was also very much in love with the cows in the backyard. This really feels like a family place.

Breakfast is great. They even serve you some cake & icecream in the evening if you want to. Ask them to tell you the stories about the Bullberries (and the jam they manke out of it) and Billy the Kid.

Would recommend. #1 place of our entire trip in the Western national parks.

We just stayed at the Bulberry Inn, which is in Tropic (about 10 minutes from Bryce Canyon). It's about $75 a night and includes breakfast (from 6am-9am), which consists of two eggs, homefries, toast, bacon, juice, and coffee. Each room has a clean bathroom, comfortable new beds, and a TV with a DVD player. The owners are friendly people, and send everyone off with a sample of their homemade jelly.

Overall, it's a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in if you're visiting Bryce or Grand Staircase National parks.
