We stayed here for one night, october 2011 when we visited Bryce Canyon (15min drive). We had a good night sleep over here. It is nice and quiet and we had a good bed. The room was big and the shower was good.
The women who received us was really nice and friendly. Breakfast is really good, try the homemade jelly!!

Stay here if you visit Bryce canyon!

Stayed here for a night on our trip to Bryce Canyon. My wife wished we could have stayed longer just because she loved this bed and breakfast so much. It's a cozy place. It's a good location away from the main traffic of the park area. There are a couple of restaurants down the road.

The breakfast in the morning is great and they will make you pretty much whatever you want. Try their Bullberry jelly.

The couple that own the Inn are very friendly and they keep the place clean.

The internet was wireless and was good enough for what I needed.

We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed there 2 nights while we were visiting Bryce Canyon National Park.

The first night we arrived we thought it was a great place. The room was beautiful, everything was very clean, the owners were very friendly and heplful... The next morning we chose the country breakfast, with eggs, toasts, juice, tea or coffee, bacon, fresh fruit and their famous homemade bullberry jelly.

When we arrived again at night after visiting Bryce Canyon we found that the room hadn't been cleaned up and the bed wasn't made. That was a little disapointing because we didn't know this would happen. Maybe it's because it's a bed and breakfast.

But the worst thing was that when i went into the bathroom i found a cockroach. I know this may happen when you are in the country and your room is in the first floor and i know that sometimes it doesn't have anything to do with cleanness, but a hotel has to take much care of this. I found cockroaches so disgusting. It was late at night and we didn't want to disturb anybody, so my boyfriend killed it.

There were also a lot of mosquitos inside the room. Maybe it was because there was a very big space in the bottom of the room door and insects could see the lights and go in without problems.

So, all these things spoilt our stay there. It's a pitty because i really think it's a good place.

this was our second time in this B&B and we did appreciate it a lot ! the location is perfect very close to Bryce Canyon park entrance and close to many restaurants and highway. we had the 2 rooms downstairs with balcony - wifi is free - parking is free and breakfast "on demand" is just great - Netty has all available for you - enjoy !

We stayed here while travelling the scenic highway and Bryce Canyon and had a fantastic stay! The bedrooms were quaint, well presented, clean and comfy. They made us feel so welcome and the breakfast was amazing. you get home made bullberry jam too which is delicious! Would definitely recommend this friendly B & B!

The BullBerry Inn is a charming bed & breakfast located in Tropic, UT about 9 miles from Bryce Canyon. The inn is attractive with a well maintained garden and excellent views of Bryce and the surrounding area. The inn keepers are very friendly and offer good suggestions for other local attractions once you're done touring Bryce itself. The breakfast was fantastic and sets you up for a great day touring this beautiful part of the country. The room and bath were clean and you have access to their living room if you want to relax in a social environment. Highly recommend this B&B if touring the Bryce area.

Wonderfully presented B&B with nice size rooms which are very neat and tidy. Lovely breakfast each morning with homemade jam. B&B is also in a great location for exploring Bryce Canyon. The only problem we found with Tropic was the limited eating options.
