We enjoyed relaxing on the front lawn, using the tether ball, and sitting under the lovely gazebo. The breakfast provided was limited, but it pretty much met our needs. An older gentleman at the front desk was very helpful when I requested additional shampoo. I didn't reserve/pay for this booking and from what I have read, its one of the cheaper places to stay in the area. We stayed 2 nights. My parents were disappointed when we were told the 'western' show was only done on nights in which a tourist bus was due to arrive. The rooms we had were small and outdated (decor wise), same for the bathroom, but we didnt mind too much. I was in a room at the end of the hallway - lots of door slamming the next morning as people were coming and going. The AC unit was really loud even thought we hadn't set it that high. This place worked for us, in terms of proximity of Bryce Canyon. If you book to stay here, just don't expect it to be something fancy.

“Gross, Never stay here!!”
Reviewed April 29, 2013

I am not a very picky person..but..this place was terrible in every way.. The rooms were small and smelled old and dirty. The linens were torn and stained and looked as old as the rooms, which is no compliment. The blonde girl at the front desk was an absolute snob to me and my children when we asked for extra towels. The price for the room we had was completely ridiculous, but cheaper than most places in the area, we planned to stay 4 nights, but went elsewhere after the first night. We were willing to pay any amount to not have to stay there again. The "dinner show" was a joke. Some guy in sweat pants and a cowboy hat came and played a few songs, and never said a word to the audience, and that was that. The food was okay, and the cook was very nice, but the experience was very strange. We ate at 'Ebenezer's Barn and Grill' the next night, and that was a real cowboy show, and a good one at that. Do yourself a favor, and don't stay here. Trust me.

“Old, substandard, probably one of the cheaper rates around.”
Reviewed October 7, 2012

We rolled into town and made the mistake of grabbing the first place we found after having found two places with no vacancies closer to the park. When you are travelling on the fly it is not always easy finding a place. The lights in the hallway were not on, and wouldn't be turned on until the maintenance man got 'home'. The front of the air conditioner was warped and falling off. On the plus side, they did have rags for cleaning your motorcycle (or car if you do cars). We did sleep well and the place seemed clean enough.
