Sooo much to do in sooo many areas; camping, fishing, picnicing, biking, hiking, skiing, and site seeing. Not far from the Salt Lake valley. Great for family time!!

What is more beautiful than mountain landscape in the summer, spring, fall and winter. Every season offers a different and spectacular view. How lucky we are to have these beautiful mountains nearby.

Within 45 minutes of downtown Salt Lake, there are 10 outstanding ski resorts to have a day of fun and challenge. This year the snow has not been plentiful, as in the past, but still the best to ski on.

A winding two-lane highway leads from Provo Canyon to American Fork Canyon. Birch trees line the road, and there are marked pull-offs so you can enjoy the vistas. A side road leads to a natural springs area. Campsites with picnic tables are abundant. Fall is gorgeous, with the golden trees and red bushes. Dinner at the Sundance Ski Resort makes for a great end to a wonderful drive. Hikers can take a trail up Mt Timpanogos from a trailhead above Sundance that passes waterfalls.
