The newly renovated place looks sophisticated and sleek however the food was ordinary. The menu looked appetising and the food presented well but when the it came to tasting the food it was dissapointing.

It seemed the food was already pre cooked and quickly cooked again. The food all came out relatively quickly which makes me to believe the food was pre cooked.

My partner ordered the vegetable pasta. The flavours didn't infuse (pesto and roasted veg), the pasta wan't t hot and not what well cooked for that matter .It seemed like something you would whip up with left over vegetables.

I had the pork belly and it wasn't cripsy as one would think. The shoulder pork was overcooked making it dry and chewy. The boiled greens were a little chewy also.

The decor doesn't marry up with food.
Won't be going back and seriously wouldn't recommend.

The Aerie is recently renovated and looks great. The servers are very friendly. But they are trying too hard to be a world class restaurant and don't quite have the ingredients or chefs to pull it off. They are trying to do too many thinks--gourmet French and Asian cooking, sushi, etc. It is so hard to get fresh fish in Utah to start off with that it is best to keep things very simple. All in all, a nice experience, but not stellar food.

Aerie just reopened in time for the holidays after a renovation, and we had a nice dinner here. I had some drink with elderberry or something in it - this was refreshing after skiing.

I recall that everything here was a bit more creative than it had to be, and this made dinner fun. My son ordered a baked mac n cheese that made him happy, I had a pork and beans dish with white beans that were memorable, my husband enjoyed his sushi, and my daughter also liked her pesto squash pasta.

The menu is pretty well rounded. The atmosphere is nice, but not overwhelming, and our service was excellent. Everyone at Snowbird was just so friendly. Now, if only we had seen more snow...

OK, I'm a little biased...I got married here. But, this place will blow you away.

The views are unparalleled anywhere. The sushi is unbelievable and breakfast buffet is a skier's power paradise. The best choice in the canyon.
