Unfortunately my wife had been raving about teppanyaki style food and how great it was - because neither of us had tried the Last Samurai we thought we would give it a go especially as my wife's experiences at other restaurants was exceptional.
Unluckily this was not so - on entering the place was dead - and I mean dead! nobody except us and the serving staff, we were seated by our server who whilst attentive obviously knew nothing about the menu and couldn't answer any of our questions, his apparent lack of knowledge was compounded by his name badge being upside down and his shirt looking like he'd been dragged through a hedge backwards.
The food was ok, nothing special or exceptional and the price was expensive for what we ordered. The floor show cooking was fun but out chef seemed bored and as we were the only customers I can understand why.
Not a fun experience, no ambience, no soul, no taste to the oily food - definitely a no go!
