I'd call this a real value! Rooms are clean but definitely not fancy. Great place for families - and on our stay there were a LOT of kids. Some rooms are off the indoor pool and would be very noisy with all the kids. We stayed off the pool area which was very Quiet. Our room had a micro and fridge. There is ping pong and pool (table) in the large lobby area - again, great for families. The breakfast buffet had great selections for everyone. There is an exercise room too. Friendly staff.

Come to find out the addresslisted in tripadvisor is incorrect. Should be 2450 N Town Center Dr. Washington, UT. N St. George/Zion. Overall good hotel? Poor location. If headed toward Zion Nat'l Park won'tfind large breakfast selection. Had to drive further south to find a diner then back north to head to Zion.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was very spacious and comfortable and the swimming pool is really great. I would like to particularly commend the staff in the breakfast room: they kept topping up anything that was lacking which is not always the case in such hotels. A good place to stay for those who want to explore Zion National Park.

Fridge froze our food. The bellman came to fix it, but the "brand new fridge " he came back with did exactly the same thing. It ran all the time and froze all our food. When we talked to the front desk again, no one came up with any kind of action plan. I told them that we could just use the fridge as a freezer for the remainder of our stay, and the guy was ok with that and didn't make a note for management or anything. The bathroom fan makes a horrible noise which again was not fixed. On a good note, the breakfast was great, and everything was always clean.

I have chosen to stay at the Lexington, St. George, Utah, for four days on this trip. It has been a great place to stay and the staff has been very professional and helpful. I did have a problem with the desk lamp in my room and notified the front desk about it twice and got no response, but it has been a great stay for the price otherwise. Rooms are higher/average but that is made up for by the room being clean and taken great care of. The most impressive part of this trip is the two young Pilipino ladies that work in the breakfast area in the morning. these ladies were so delightful, friendly, outgoing and willing to go the extra mile. I would stay here every time I come to St. George, Utah, from now on.

Stayed one night on the way to Zion. Booked through Hotwire for $75 total. It's an older property and needs TLC. For example, the rug in the room is showing it's age. The room was clean. The bright spot is the breakfast. The folks that take care of breakfast do a nice job. Wake up, fill your belly and hit the road ready for the day.

Not a bad low cast option in St. George. FYI - St. George is the mid-point between Las Vegas and Zion.

Our ball team stay at the Lexington during the Huntsman Sr. Games in October. The hotel offers a great breakfast, free internet, pool, hot tub, exercise room, ping pong, laundry facilities and is centrally located, however it is starting to show it's age.
Our door was very difficult to open with the swipe key. The toilet was slow to flush, the drain in the tub very slow to drain and the handle to operate the shower fell off during our visit. Fortunately I had access to a screwdriver to fix it. The carpet in the hall is quite dirty (just old and needs replacing), some wall paper was peeling off in the room
Having said this, the room itself was quiet, the beds comfortable, the bar fridge and microwave a nice touch. The staff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive.
I did mention the deficiencies to the front desk upon our departure who said he would have maintenance look into it. Speaking to other players and guests, these issues were quite common in other rooms as well.

Room Tip: We prefer a room on the second floor facing into the hotel, but not near the pool. No window to the...
