I recently stayed here with my family for one night. It was conveniently located off of I-15, in a safe and quiet area. The hotel is adjacent to a restaurant/bar and a mini-mart for late night snacks. It's close to lots of dining and shopping options within a short walk.

Check-in was easy, and the staff was very friendly and helpful in accomodating all of our requests.

Our suite was extremely spacious and had one king bed plus a sitting area with a sofa bed, which was great because I was travelling with two teenagers. Usually we have to get a rollaway, which doesn't leave a lot of room to move around, so we were very happy to have the extra space this time. Our room also had a small fridge, a microwave. Our room had a whirlpool tub. The soaps and shampoos were nicer than average. Overall, the room was very clean and appeared to have been remodeled recently. It was also very quiet and we didn't notice a lot of noise from the hallway or other rooms.

Other amenities included an outdoor pool and free wireless internet. The hotel had a decent breakfast in the morning that included sausage and eggs, waffles, and the usual cereal, pastries, and juice. Everything else about the hotel was fine. I would probably stay there again just because of the size of the room and the location.

We stayed here two nights in May, coming into and leaving St. George. It is off St. George Blvd., an extremely busy thoroughfare that at the time of our visit was torn up in sections for road construction. Traffic in St. George in general is fairly heavy. We found this motel somewhat hard to find even though we had a city map.

This is an older motel, pretty basic and clean enough. The availablility of wifi was a big plus. However, both rooms faced buildings so we had little natural light. In the first instance, it faced the back of the pool maintenance buidling and in the second the back of the building containing the lobby. This was expecially annoying in the former case, because we were on the first floor and couldn't open our drapes to get what liitle light was available because people walking by on the way to the pool could look in.

The pool is pretty tiny and was full of kids both visits, so I chose not to visit it even though it was hot out and I badly wanted to. I considered the outdoor jacuzzi, but on the first visit the plastic covering was half in the water, which didn't seem very sanitary, and on the second visit small children were getting in and out of it. Call me paranoid, but I always assume kids pee in the water and there's not a very large volume of water in the jacuzzi. I would pay extra for a motel with an adults-only pool and jacuzzi in it.

The continental breakfast consisted of bread, three types of cereal, bananas, packaged sweet rolls, and sausage and egg patties.

The motel is adjacent to a pretty nice strip mall with a couple of restaurants, shops, and an ice cream store. Within walking distance across the parking lot is the Chuck-A-Rama, a buffet place. It was fairly good. One time the service was attentive, the other time indifferent. One day the pork roast stew was delicious and the second time it had a strange aftertaste. A Starbucks is located in the strip mall across the street but you can't walk there because the traffic is too heavy.

The centre of St.George is a mess of roadworks due to be completed by the end of the year. Fortunately, The Best Inn is well away from the dust and inconvenience of road closures.

The motel is over 10 years old but doesn't look it. When we checked in, the pool loungers and the breakfast areas were being cleaned. (This is a good sign.) Even though this motel is part of the Outlet Centre, there is little noise and there is loads of parking. The room was well-equipped and nicely decorated. It was also cleaned while we were having breakfast. There was also plenty to eat for breakfast. The fresh fruit, waffles, patties. various breads, milk etc. were still there at 9.30am so you don't have to rush to get there at 6am.

There are plenty of near-by restaurants, some a bit pricey but still busy. Chuck-a-Rama, the buffet, was reasonable and the menu changed daily eg. Mexican on Thursdays, fish on Fridays. (It's being re-modelled in 4 days) Also, 10% discount for seniors.

If you've never been to St George, remember it's a working town and has little or no entertainment. St George Boulevard is undergoing a huge change with street lights, lane dividers and flower beds. It will look nice when it's finished! Don't bother visiting the WildLife museum; it's full of Disney like animals and the staff are more concerned with the hand held radio on loan. ('This costs over 1000 dollars so we must have all your personal details in case you break it or steal it' we were told.) There is no coffee shop either; much needed when the temps soar in the 90's. Do visit the art museum (difficult to find in the roadworks) The building is beautiful and the small collection of exhibits are varied and interesting even if (like me) you don't know too much about art.

On our long trip this was the most comfortable and reasonably priced hotel we stayed in. The front desk staff was efficient and very friendly. The room clean, comfortable, and spacious. I used the washer and dryer and both worked well. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast too. I would stay here again, and in fact have been trying to locate other hotels in this chain to stay in next month.
