This diner was incredible! My family and I travel down to St George from Salt lake City at least once a month for work and we have been wanting to try this diner for quite some time now. When we finally drove in to town, it was 9 pm by the time we finally were able to get to the diner. Since they close at 10, I walked in expecting an irritated staff but instead we got an extremely friendly hostess who sat us down in the cutest booth. Our server was surprisingly pleasant for us coming in so late as well. When we got our food, which was actually really quick, we were so surprised by the portions! The pancake took up an entire oval platter and even our son's kids meal was HUGE! He couldn't even finish it, not to mention the prices were so low compared to the amount of food you get! We LOVED the atmosphere here! With it being called "Black Bear Diner" you have to know your walking into a restaurant full of bears. Its obvious this diner is a place for tourists and is well known around St. George! We will definitely be returning!
Oh and we recommend the Pancakes and hash browns! So good!
