We found Ah'sya through Trip Advisor and decided to eat there based on the reviews. To be honest, we were surprised to find good SE Asian food in a strip mall in southern Utah. It appeared that everyone there except us were regulars - the kind of patrons who order without reading the menu (that's a good thing). We ate a Pho, a cabbage/beef salad, and the half moon crepe all for $30 - what a deal! All three dishes were well prepared - the Pho was nicely spiced and flavorful. The restaurant interior is simple but pleasantly decorated. Our server (the owner?) was friendly and competent. We would gladly return.
