We stayed in St. George and then Hurricane, Utah in October. Found the trip back to St. George to revisit Sakura very worthwhile. Enjoyed the table-side cooking "show" one night and then the more casual side another night for Sushi. Both were most excellent. Very fresh and innovative. Also, it's one of the few places where you can get a drink in that part of Utah and not feel like you should have crossed state lines. Definitely worth a detour.
