“Friendly staff, fun atmosphere, good food.”
Reviewed August 13, 2012

Being from San Diego, we are a little spoiled when it comes to Mexican Food. We also enjoy a Corona or a Margarita with our chips and salsa, however, being in Utah, there was no alcohol on the menu. The food was good, more like Tex-Mex to me, a little mild and the shredded beef had cinnamon in it...but it was tasty. Servings are large. They do have Tabasco and Cholula to spice it up! We were not disappointed but would have enjoyed a Margarita! :)

“One of the better restaurants in town.”
Reviewed July 10, 2012

If you like mexican food then this is probably the best you'll find in the middle of the state. Its comfortable to enjoy dinner out on the patio on a warm day or you can watch sports on the tv inside. Service is good and the guacamole is pretty good. The cost is pretty reasonable.

“Great place to stop off the 70”
Reviewed July 4, 2012

We visited Pepperbellys on a trip to Colorado from Southern California. The restaurant was clean and the decor fun and funky made to look like an old garage. The food was decent. It's not super authentic but tasty and came out very quickly which is a bonus with two hungry boys. Chips and salsa were fresh, although the salsa was a bit tomato saucy. Our server was friendly and greeted us quickly. Overall I would say its a great stop over on the 70.

“Great pulled pork!”
Reviewed May 22, 2012

Loved the pulled pork salad and down-homey service. The decor is funky and this place sets the bar high for a small town, locally owned restaurant.

“Pepperbellys Mexican Restaurant”
Reviewed May 1, 2012

Use to be good years ago when they first opened, but the food is not very authentic, lacks the mexican reality taste! I love the owners, they just need to revamp their dishes to taste better =(
