“Clean and friendly place to stay in Provo.”

This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff and nicely appointed rooms. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a fridge and microwave. The beds are VERY comfortable. Overall, I really enjoy my stays at this hotel. They even have a nice complimentary breakfast.

Stayed here for the Utah Woodturning Symposium. It's a very clean, recently remodeled hotel. I liked the large room with a separate living area. Room decor is understated and relaxing. But it didn't have a mini kitchen, just a microwave and bar fridge. The cooling unit was very loud but efficient- I just turned it all when I didn't need it. The restaurant next door is very good. The view of the mountains all around is lovely. Staff are exceptionally helpful. The van took me to and from the symposium- fantastic service. Even the continental breakfast was above par. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

Room Tip: Second floor was just fine.

I was there for a conference at BYU and had double booked the room. The front desk staff helped me successfully navigate a very last minute refund from booking.com (good on them too). They drove us to campus in the hotel van whenever we needed it and on short notice. And all with a smile. The rooms were nice and spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was free and pretty typical of the genre. The only small downside was the a/c ran a bit loud. Otherwise, a great property.

I think of all the marriott properties in the middle range price group that is, springhill suites always hits it right, never had a bad time staying at over 15 different springhills in 4 states. Provo Property is nice, a little noisy on floor #1, but not overboard. clean and comfy, friendly staff...great choice, stay here and you wont go wrong ever.

Room Tip: floor 2 is best

In town on business for a few days. This place is perfectly set up. The room had a great working area. Plenty of space, power outlets, etc. Segregated from the sleeping area by a translucent screen.

Nice big room overall. Quiet and comfortable. A view of the mountains (as well as the local strip malls).

The quality and variety of the included breakfast was fine. In the evenings, a short drive from Provo and Orem centers, as well as lots of restaurant choice in nearby malls. 15 minutes from I-15 in Provo. Recommended.

I spent one night at this hotel driving through Utah over the holidays. The hotel is newly remodeled, clean and welcoming. Fairly close to I-15 too. The only bad thing was that the heat didn't work in our room. I called twice and they told me to wait because it takes a few minutes to turn on. It never came on. After about 30 minutes the front desk worker brought extra blankets. The next day the manager took a large reduction off of our bill. Breakfast was simple but good. I'm sure that my situation is not the norm. They handled it pretty well.

CHEAP COLD FEELING throughout, and NO JACUZZI!!! I was very disappointed with this Marriott. I was surprised how uninviting the whole place was. I think they must have decorated with a minimalist idea in mind. I went down to the pool area to relax and I couldn't believe there was no Jacuzzi which I expected would be in any nice, modern hotel. The pool is teeny tiny and not heated well in winter. Too cold for me so I couldn't even enjoy a swim. NO BATH TUB in the room either. The toilet is right at the foot of the bed area with a only a frosted glass sliding door to separate you from those who are relaxing in the bed watching tv while you use the facilities. Hard to feel very private. So the whole reason I booked this motel....which was a romantic weekend with my husband...was just disappointing. There is no luxury amenities in this motel. Sad cause I expect more class from a Marriott. The bed was very comfortable though, I will say that as a positive.

Room Tip: If you are going just to sleep, then the bed is comfortable. But if you are looking for a warm, invi...
