It's worth paying $50 more a night and staying somewhere nicer. Room smelled of smoke and was dated. Checked in and was given room keys hat did not work... twice. Elevator was small and slow. Would not stay again.

Thank you for your comments. We appreciate hearing from our guests. As a 100% smoke free hotel we strive for a smoke free environment and I am sorry that you did not have that experience. Additionally, the hotel is currently undergoing improvements for the coming season and we hope that you will give us the opportunity to host you during a future stay.

Hotel is nicely appointed, beds are comfortable. We wore the in-room robes to the pool area and enjoyed the hot tub. Staff from front desk to housekeeping was friendly! Underground parking was easy to access. The free town bus routes were right there and it was easy to get around town, have a few drinks with dinner and have a ride back without getting the car out. Coffe machine in lobby was a great added benefit! Will stay again!!

We stayed here last weekend. Price can't be best. The hotel is in a good location. Nice lobby and business center with computers. Restaurant on site but we didn't eat there. Pool was great - split between indoor and outdoor. Free nightly parking. I'd return - no frills but our needs were met. Friendly staff.

Our club has been at this hotel several times over the last 4-years and we are returning again this January 2013. While the hotel is not right down town there is a great bus service that stops right at the front door of the hotel. The Peaks Hotel has always offered our club a great time with a combination of very good rooms, a great out door hot tub, the "cookie man" and the convience of a hotel down stairs and yhe upstairs bar. Restaurants are close by and we can quickly be at any of the three ski areas. Thank Max for skiing with us!

Room Tip: Don't have a room too close to the 3rd floor bar if you want a quiet room.

I recently spent a night at the Peaks Hotel and had a great experience. Check in was a breeze, the underground parking was easy, and our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were SOOOO comfy. I liked the clean white duvet and nice, soft sheets. (I try to stay away from hotels with bed covers that probably never get cleaned.) The windows do open, a must for me, as I love fresh air. And the air in Park City is truly great, being a mountain town.

We had a drink in the upstairs bar and our bartender was friendly and attentive. Nice to relax and watch a few sports on the TV's. The front desk woman gave us easy directions to the bus stop that would take us to our Deer Valley concert for the evening. After the concert, we went to Old Town to night clubs, then got a taxi back to the hotel; only 15 bucks. Well worth the ride to have fun, yet be safe on the road. After a night on the town, it was nice to come back to a quiet place, relax, and get a good night's sleep.

Our room was quiet; no noisy partyers or kids keeping us awake. I would stay here again anytime. Good value for Park City. Way to go Peaks!

Room Tip: 2nd floor rooms 209 or 211. Faces courtyard and is really quiet. Not too close to ice machine, but c...

I just stayed at the Peaks Hotel in Park City, and had a great stay. The rooms are not luxury, but they are nicely appointed, and have very comfortable beds. We enjoyed breakfast at Rustic Creek Grille in the hotel, and would recommend it as a good option for breakfast in Park City. We didn't get a chance to take a dip in the large indoor/outdoor pool, but next time, for sure! Easy access to the ski resorts via the free bus makes it perfect for anyone exploring the resorts of Park City. This is a fantastic value option to anyone visiting the Park City area.

I do a park city vacation every year and try to pick new hotels each time, this year I stayed at PC Peaks and I might be spoiled after staying at some of the other hotels in town but this was just your average basic hotel. I will start with the things I liked about the place: it was in a great location next to some good restaurants just outside of the downtown area, the beds were pretty comfortable. The front desk people came off a little cold at first but warmed up quickly after joke. The pool was packed with families until closed so not a good place to go sit and relax. The restaurant down by the lobby wasn't very good and the service was crappy, I would recommend driving down the street and finding a place to eat. if you are a family or staying solo this isn't a bad option one of the cheaper places in town for a quick visit, but definitely not what you would think of for a park city hotel.
