My wife and I saw an add for Good Karma in the paper and being a big fan of Indian Food I called and got a 6:30 reservation. We arrived promptly at 6:30, the restaurant is very small and the tables are packed in. There is no station for someone to greet you, so when you arrive you stand in the dining area until a waiter/waitress greets you. In our case the waitress came to us and asked if we had a reservation, I told her that we did and she asked for our name. When I gave it to her, she acted like she did not believe me and walked away, when she returned she said 'well I guess you do, follow me'. She then pointed to a table where the chair on one side sat underneath about 10 coats that were hung, if we sar there we would have other peoples coats in our faces. I pulled the table out away from the coats and sat down. We than sat and waited, finally 10 minutes later the waitress brought us water. I tried to stop her to talk, but she walked off. We sat another 5 minutes and she brought us a 'libations' menu, but still would not talk. We wanted to order, but no one would acknowledge us, it was so weird. We finally got up and walked out after 25 minutes with no service and went to another restaurant. It was a horrible experience.
