Newpark is a hidden gem in Park City. Great rates, awesome restaurants, and close to all the action. Only minutes from the ski areas, outlet mall, and onsite trail access to miles and miles of trails.

Room Tip: Ask for a Suite when booking.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Newpark Resort and I must say that it was just as fabulous as the last time!

We stayed two nights in the Luxury suite, which is the only room you want to stay in because of the size of the room and the hot tub on the balcony! The room was very clean and we didn't hear a peep from anyone else our entire stay.

We ate breakfast at Kneaders, dinner at Cafe Rio, and dessert at Cold Stone Creamery. The best thing about all that is they were all a very short walk from our room(Kneaders was directly below us!)

We have decided that this is the only place we will stay when we stay in Park City! It is awesome!

Room Tip: If you choose the regular and lowest priced rooms you need to know that they are all inside and are...

Stayed here 2 nites as a solo traveler. Room was clean & quiet. Had a fireplace and flat screen, mini bar and large bathroom. Check in & out was friendly and efficient. Lobby is large, beautiful and relaxing. Pool was clean and relaxing. Some construction going on in back but doesn't bother anything. Can park close and walk to the bus stop. Is within walking distance of restaurants/ pizza/ lounges and shopping malls. There is free city bus service - three different routes if you want to ride and view the area. Will definitely return next year.

We just completed a three night stay in a studio apartment in the main building and found all services to be top notch. The location is just off Interstate 80 and 8 minutes from downtown Park City in a developing area if restaurants and shops. Decor offers a relaxed lodge like atmosphere. Staff is attentive. A bonus is Kneaders, the coffee shop/bakery around the corner.

My wife and I stayed at the Newpark Hotel in Park City, UT on 9/21/2012 for 1 night. When we arrived at the check in desk, we waited several minutes to be helped by the employee working at the front desk. Finally I asked the rep. Is this where we check in? He responded yes, i'm working on an upgrade and i'll be with you as soon as I finished. Another individual showed up and was able to check us in. The room was very nice, it had a fireplace a huge bathtub, robes a little kitchenette with dishes. Later that evening we went down to the swimming pool and spa. The jacuzzi was nice, the water temp. was perfect. After soaking in the jacuzzi we went to take a swim in the swimming pool until we looked at the pool. The pool was very dirty. You could see the sides and bottom of the pool were stained with dirt and who knows what else. Overall the hotel was very nice. The check in and pool need a lot of help. The guy at the front desk, all he had to say was i'll be with you in just a minute not just say nothing. The swimming pool needs to be cleaned. Check out was a breeze the staff was more than accommodating as we asked for a late check out, they were able to grant us our request.

Would I stay here again? Probably not. The room was great but checking in and the swimming pool were below average.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for just a little romantic getaway. No kids, just us two! The hotel was very clean and very maintained. We stayed September 15-16 2012 and stayed in the Luxury Suite. The room had a very large bathroom with two sinks and separate bath/shower. Down side of the bathroom was the large window. If you were standing on the king bed you could look into the bathroom. If someone was sleeping and another person went to the restroom it would light up the entire suite. We were on the Second floor so it felt like we were very close to the people eating down below us which was a little awkward for a romantic time in the hot tub. The bed was okay. The bedding was comfortable but the bed was firm which we are not used to. The flat screen was nice in the room. Watching tv in bed felt like the tv was very far away since it was small. It was nice being able to rotate it to either the bed, couch, or hot tub. I would recommend this hotel again, maybe stay on the 3rd floor if possible? I know some people are residents there so some rooms are not accessible. I would love to stay here in the winter some time.

For 2 years in a row now, I have scheduled our yearly company party at Newpark Resort (the Hotel portion). Both times we have stayed, the staff has been incredibly friendly, reliable and willing to help with whatever means we have needed.
The rooms- wow, they are fantastic! If you can afford to spend a few extra dollars, I highly recommend the Suite's. Hot tub on the balcony, nearly a full kitchen, a fireplace & a view that even the heaven's would be jealous of, the rooms will not disappoint. Don't even get me started on the beds- I swear they are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in!
With quick access to nearly anything you're looking for; there couldn't be a better place to spend your time while up in Park City.

Room Tip: If getting a suite, ask to be located near the Wildlife Observatory!
