It had been awhile since we stayed in Park City, but I have to say that the place is much improved since my family and I last visited. As you’ll see on the site, the entire complex is all newly renovated, and it really shows—particularly in the room. The unit itself is absolutely gorgeous, with a beautiful master bedroom and a very comfortable bed (though it is a bit small for two adults). Honestly, however, the master bedroom was probably the least impressive part of our stay, and that’s not any knock on the room itself. The main room is gigantic, with a nice HDTV, new looking (and feeling) furniture, and really pretty wood floors. The fireplace and mountain décor were also very nice touches that really made the whole room feel nice and homey.

We also liked all of the nice services that the place offered. Grocery delivery was convenient, and the shuttle service took us pretty much wherever we wanted to go for free! We didn’t even really have to worry about driving, which was quite a nice feature. (Speaking of the car, they even had a heated driveway, so it was pretty easy getting in and out of the garage whenever we needed to).

I will say that there were some tiny issues with the TV when we first arrived. But, a simple call to the front desk got the whole situation sorted out quickly, and the apology seemed quite genuine. They even let us stay a little past our checkout time, as we often like to sleep in pretty late on vacation. Truly, one of the highlights of this stay was the awesome customer service. We never felt rushed to leave, and we never felt unwelcome. Pretty much whatever we wanted, we were able to ask the front desk for and they did their best to accommodate us.

Overall, I would say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had on vacation. This unit was amazing, the customer service was fantastic, and the region is just really fun to take a vacation to. I would definitely come back!

Room Tip: We stayed in Snowblaze #208

We stayed for 2 weeks in apartment 202, the website makes it sound like a completely renovated luxury apartment, however this is far from the truth.
The bathrooms are renovated and nice and the wood/tile flooring is great, however that is where the renovations stopped.
The main bedroom has only a small double bed, not nearly big enough for 2 adults and there is no window in the main bedroom. The only wardrobe was filled with vacuum cleaners, mops and other cleaning products, despite there being other "locked" cupboards.
The 2nd bedroom's heater did not work and the ceiling in the wardrobe was broken resulting in a strong draft through that room making it quite cold at night. This wardrobe was also filled with boxes of "things", making it difficult to use.
The website makes it sound like there is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Actually, it is downstairs in the laundry room and cost $2.00 and $1.75 for dryer.

The door to the tiny balcony is an original 1970's sliding door that lets in all the cold air and has a very cheap curtain that is too short to cover the old and chipped door that should've been thrown out 20 years ago.
The website also states that enough firewood will be supplied for the duration of your stay, when we arrived there was 2 small bundles of firewood, so when we ran out we called the Real Estate and was told by Jim, to buy our own, when we informed him we did not have a car he told us to catch the public bus to go and buy firewood! However when we called back to speak to someone else in the Real Estate agent we came across a very helpful man called Doug who helped us out.
The location of the apartment is quite good, close to the Park City Mountain Resort and close to the free local bus.
The website also states that there is an oversized hot tub, however the hot tub probably fits 5 adults at a squeeze, the site also mentions that the pool is heated, however the ice floating in it, suggesting that perhaps it isn't.
Also, we had power outages due to a fuse tripping regularly and both toilets simultaneously blocked leaving us 'hanging on' for nearly a day.
Doug fixed up our firewood and toilet situation but the other issues were totally ignored when we emailed to bring them to the agent's attention.

When you stay for 2 weeks, you would expect that once during your stay the towels and sheets would be changed? Considering we paid $4800 to stay at this "luxury apartment" that would of been a nice touch.

Based on other trip advisor comments and the fact that my email to the agent during my stay was totally ignored, I don't expect much of a response on this site from Jim, but all we can say is know what to expect if you book this apartment.

Just left Park City and a great stay in Snowblaze 202 (January 10-14, 2013)
Lots of upgrades to the unit (new wood floors, remodeled bathrooms) see photos. The building received some remodeling as well in the main areas like the lobby and hallways. Also the driveway was heated so no problem getting in and out of the covered garage.
Rented equipment from Aloha Ski Rentals right next to the kids ski school on Park City Resort. I forgot how short of a walk it was from the condo to the slopes.
Tried the grocery delivery through www.parkcityvacationrentals.com and it was a huge hit with my wife along with the shuttle service to and from the airport (used this last year too)
Finally, we had a later flight the day we left and Jim at www.parkcityvacationrentals.com let us keep our stuff in the unit past checkout without any additional charges (I am pretty sure the unit was not rented that next day so it should not have been a problem... but I doubt a hotel would feel the same)
Overall a great stay in this comfortable condo right on the mountain.
Also FYI (4 adults and 1 kid on this stay and it was plenty of room.)

Room Tip: Unit 202 is a very large 2 bedroom, completely remodeled and upgraded.

We were on a budget trip to Park City and this condo made us feel like kings.
We booked sight-unseen through Rocky Mountain Getaways and we couldn't have been happier. The condo was spacious, had all the amenities from a fireplace to a jacuzzi and was a block away from Park City Mountain resort - which is also a main bus area that will take you to all neighboring mountains. It is close enough to walk to the downtown area and a bus stop is down the block for when you are feeling lazy. I do not have any negatives to report for something of this price range. We would definitely book here again.

We came up with kids for a 3 day weekend and it was a perfect location. Walk right out the back door and into the parking lot of the slopes... close enough that our 7 year old didn't even complain :>)
Plenty of covered parking night and day. Elevator (last year we stayed in a different condo complex that only had stairs, be sure to check that out)
We stayed in unit 202 which had everything that we needed large TV and DVD player, Stereo with IPod input
Close to free bus to downtown Main Street but close enough to walk on a sunny day.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for something in this price range.
I would rate it excellent but at this price I don't think it is the same as a $1000 a night villa so just the 4 stars

Room Tip: 202 is a great family unit. Pull out couch + 2 queen beds and a twin
