This is a homey and yummy soup and sandwich place on top of Main Street.
The. food is delicious, the service efficient, and the decor is funky and fun.
My friend and I were sufficiently impressed so that we brought my son in today as he took a break from skiing. He agreed!

There's a reason why Uptown Fare is a locals' favorite! Owner Karleen and her daughter Nivin put lots of local love in their homemade soups, salads and sandwiches....oh and desserts like Grandma used to make. Go for the egg salad or turkey salad sandwich - the new zucchini and brie soup is delicious as well. In the summer, the watermelon gazpacho is refreshingly delicious...and addictive.

The historic space has a lot of character. It's small and crowded with tons of photos of notable Park City residents, the owner's friends, dogs, etc. You won't find more of a small town, cozy feel than Uptown Fare.

Offerings include half sandwich and 1/2 soup, 1/2 soup and 1/2 salad, and 1/2 sandwich with 1/2 salad.

Karleen and her two helpers manage to put out the best lunch in town in the most unlikely space. Anyone over 6' must duck to change rooms, but trust me, it's worth it. Open 10 to 4 on weekdays, the food is fresh ( a new roasted turkey every day!) and delicious. Soup, sandwiches and salads and combos of same. All fabulous. The space is tiny so go early or late. Don't be afraid to ask to share a table as you might meet an interesting local with suggestions for you dinner location.

If you are looking for fresh and honest food, this is your spot to eat lunch. Everything looks great and tastes even better. When we were there they were struggling with a turkey and the turkey sandwich that came from that was simply delicous. Clearly everything is homemade and very fresh. The salades were also excellent, the soup was great. Unfortunately we didn't have room for dessert, but that looked wonderful too. And what is even better: their prices are very decent (especially for a town like Park City). It's worth to pay them a visit!
